Ask about customers, orders or stock…
Give the power to your team.
Chat with your data.
Ask a question in plain English and get the answer from your actual systems, not last month’s spreadsheet.
Know when something’s wrong.
Get told about the problems that don’t show up in your normal SQL views and spreadsheets.
Stop waiting on people.
Your staff can act straight away, instead of waiting two days for a reply from someone on holiday.
Put it in front of customers.
Let customers check and place orders themselves, following your rules.
Inside the portal.
What your teams can ask. The names and figures are illustrative.
Sales
Order status, mid-meeting.
Sat with a customer, a salesperson asks the agent instead of messaging production and finance.
Is the Hartley order on track?
Sales
Pricing a new customer.
The agent looks at the last 12 months of quotes, wins and losses before recommending a price.
What should we quote for 500 units?
Customer service
Complaints, handled the same way every time.
The agent reads the complaint, checks the order and your policies, and prepares a response for a person to approve.
“Our delivery arrived damaged.”
Sorry about that. Two replacements are on Monday’s delivery, and we’ll collect the damaged units.
Operations
Orders at risk, before the customer asks.
The agent watches production and stock, and flags problems early.

How I work.
I sit with you.
I learn what systems you have, how your teams work, and where they get stuck.
I connect your systems.
I work out how to integrate them, so your data finally sits in one place.
We start read-only.
The portal can see your data but can’t change anything. You see what it can do, then decide if it should do more.
We measure it.
Did it actually make things faster? If it didn’t, we change it until it does.
No buzzwords.
Just a thing that works.
I’m not going to sell you AI for the sake of it. I work with you, and I make sure the portal does what it should.
Start with a conversationCommon questions.
Something else on your mind? Email me and I’ll answer it directly.
Do we need to change our existing systems?
No. The portal connects to the systems you already use. Most have an API or a database it can read from. If one doesn’t, there’s usually another route, like scheduled exports or reports.
Who can see what?
Access is set up so people only get answers from data they’re allowed to see. Actions that matter, like emailing a customer or changing an order, can wait for a person to approve them.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. I use business agreements with AI providers that don’t train on your data. Where a business needs it, models can run in an environment you control.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever suits the job: hosted models from the major providers, or open models you run yourself. Your own documents and data are connected through retrieval, so answers come from your business, not the internet.
Where do we start?
With a conversation about your business and the systems you use. Then we connect them read-only, so you see what the portal can do before it changes anything.
